With over 20 years of obstetrics and gynaecology experience, Dr Christopher Ng is proficient in the treatment of an array of women’s health conditions. He is trained in gynaecological procedures such as ultrasound scan and the management of fertility problems.
Notably, Dr Christopher Ng has a special interest in uterine fibroids treatment and in addition to laparotomy (open surgery), he is accredited to perform Level 3 laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgeries, which includes laparoscopic myomectomy and hysterectomy.
Dr Ng is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He has a Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He was also a council member of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Singapore in 2008-2014.
He received his training in the Obstetrics, Gynaecology and General Surgery departments at Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital. Previously, he also completed a medical student attachment under the renowned doctor Dr John Donohue at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, USA.
